Eric Horowitz

Project Responsibilities

Mr. Horowitz serves as project manager and project designer at Campbell Thomas. His responsibilities include building design, project development scenarios and their related cost implications, 3-D data modeling, document drawing, specification preparation, contract negotiations and construction observation.

Key Experience

Mr. Horowitz brings to CT&C architectural experience focusing on adaptive re-uses, historic structures, commercial and retail design, and new construction. As a result, he is very familiar with successfully handling demanding and complex assignments such as the historic Clinton Condominium fire restoration and a variety of new residential buildings and rehabs. Additionally, Mr. Horowitz has been involved in all areas of planning and programming, retail stores and restaurant kitchen design.

He has worked in the construction fields for close to 30 years and operated a design and construction service until 1995 that concentrated on renovation of salvageable historic buildings. His hands-on construction work has helped him understand related construction issues, complexities, and solutions.
