PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Campbell is a managing partner in Campbell Thomas & Co., Architects. He is in charge of various projects involving transportation infrastructure, historical restoration and rehabilitation, restaurant and recreational development, residential, commercial and industrial new construction, project management, construction management, and office automation.

RELATED EXPERIENCE

For the past forty-five years, Mr. Campbell has worked as a registered Architect in the building industry doing renovation, rehabilitation, new construction, community planning and managing the redevelopment and rehabilitation of historic structures into viable new uses. His work experience spans from bicycle and greenway development including trail and marine access to related commercial facilities. Many of the projects have included complex political, commercial, and industrial components and have been developed with multiple clients and within difficult building and financing requirements.

Many of Mr. Campbell’s projects involve resolving issues and building consensus among public and client interest groups working to achieve goals within restricted budgets.

In recognition of his achievements within these various fields of the building industry, Mr. Campbell has held many public positions, including Architect on the Board of Building Standards of the City of Philadelphia.

Mr. Campbell has served as an intern and then as a Project Architect and Planner in various positions in multiple offices for close to fory-five years. He worked for Mitchell/Giurgola, Louis I. Kahn, Venturi & Rauch, Murphy, Levy, Wurman, and for the Delta Group. Almost all of Mr. Campbell's work has been within the Middle Atlantic States from New York to Maryland
